Order Processing

All Archova orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Lost Or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately:

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Archova is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
