Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Items that have been heavily damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders outside the 30-day window
- Digital products (eBooks, guides) that have been downloaded
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (if applicable)
